Estelle Thistleton FInstLM, FHEAcademy, FCMInst, MInstMC

Estelle is a respected educationalist, performance coach and organisational development specialist. She specialises in developing leaders in the most challenging and politically sensitive roles. Her clients include the most senior leaders in Policing, NHS, Commerce, Higher Education and across most Government Departments and Agencies.

She is the founder of Maine Partnership, Estelle is a skilled communicator and facilitator with a long and varied career in developing people at all levels of organisations across many sectors. She has experienced personally challenging roles as a leader in strategic and senior management teams and on  boards and has varied commercial, education and research experience.

David Taylor.

David has a wide range of experience in organisational change and development with both large and small businesses in a variety of sectors including Manufacturing, Science & Technology, Financial Services, Banking, IT, Education, Local Government, Marketing & Communications and the Cultural Industries.

As well as being a qualified coach, he has a B.Ed (Hons), an MA and M.Phil. He is an NLP Master Practitioner and also certified in Spiral Dynamics Integral.

David has spoken on creativity, learning, motivation for success, human resources and leadership development at events in the UK, China, Africa, the Emirates and in Eastern Europe. He also facilitates Open Space, World Cafe and Action Learning events. He is co-author of Alchemy in a Shoebox.

Dee Brodie

Dee has a uniquely healing and pragmatic approach she is a very skilful and experienced coach and facilitator who produces extraordinary results for her clients. What she says about her work :  ” If I had to say it in a nutshell I would say that my job is to enable people to blossom”

She specialises in working with individuals or groups to identify areas of organisation or individual approach that block effectiveness. Then, she facilitates her clients to create  new ways of being and working that can dramatically increase efficiency, productivity and happiness.

She works with the Police, the NHS, large multi-nationals, Estate Agents, schools, charities, small businesses and the hospitality industry – individually and in groups.

Dee is passionate about improving life for young people and co founded  Peninsula Coaching Foundation  established to bring coaching to young people.

Dee is an accredited life coach,  a qualified NLP Practitioner and an accredited Action Learning Facilitator.

Philip Sweet FCIPD, MIOD


Philip is a respected performance improvement and performance measurement expert.  He is a widely experienced coach, facilitator and organisation development specialist who is able to work with people at every level.   Philip is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute Personnel and Development, an NLP Master Practitioner, Trainer and Hypnotherapist and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Philip’s work is dedicated enabling people to realise their true potential and  to the achievement of organisational and  personal goals that seek to draw forth the  inner leadership that can exist in every person, team and organisation.

Philip is the UK founder of the Performance Improvement Project whose work on higher performing choices, practices and strategies continues to enable individuals, teams, top leaders and boards to significantly improve performance delivered to their bottom line.
